Joe Towne is a Florida native and a graduate of the University of Florida where he majored in economics and was inducted into Omicron Delta Epsilon, a national economics honors society. Following his undergraduate studies, Joe attended Stetson Law School where he received his Juris Doctorate. Since he began practicing in 2010, Joe has practiced in the areas of Employment Law, Personal Injury, Defamation, Construction Defect Litigation, Bankruptcy, Lender Violations, and Foreclosure Litigation. Joe has conducted over 30 contested foreclosure trials grossing over $5 million in obtained judgments. Joe is admitted to practice in all of Florida’s State Courts, Federal District Courts, Federal Bankruptcy Courts and is a member of Attorneys Title Fund. Joe has resolved hundreds of matters at LLS through negotiated settlements, summary judgments and contested trials. As a Managing Attorney, Joe manages a team of 10 attorneys and paralegals in the areas of real property conveyances and civil litigation. Joe leads his team with an emphasis on delivering outstanding results while ensuring compliance with State and Federal collection laws.
