Nick Geraci, Esq. is a Partner at Lender Legal PLLC focused on real estate & creditors’ rights.
Nick is an Orlando native and joined the Marine Corp Reserves shortly after high school graduation. He served honorably until relieved of his duties in 2001. He then attended Florida State University and graduated in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
After spending several years in the private sector, Nick received an academic scholarship to attend Barry University School of Law in 2007. There, he was a member of the school’s Trial Team and its Law Review. During this time he was an advocate during two competitions for Trial Team, placing second during the statewide Trial Team Competition hosted by The Florida Bar in January 2009. Nick graduated Barry University Magna Cum Laude and 8th in his class in 2010.
Nick has been practicing in all areas of consumer debts since leaving law school, spending the first three years on consumer defense issues prior to joining Lender Legal PLLC in 2014.
