Adam Benitez

Adam Benitez, Esq., is an Associate Attorney at Lender Legal PLLC focused on foreclosure litigation.

Adam represents lenders and loan servicers in residential mortgage foreclosure matters throughout Florida. Prior to joining Lender Legal in 2026, he practiced at a South Florida law firm where he handled a variety of civil litigation and real estate matters, including breach of contract, foreclosure, probate, and eviction disputes. Adam is committed to providing efficient and effective representation while working diligently to achieve favorable outcomes for his clients.

Adam received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Florida State University. Adam is admitted to practice law in Florida.
