Joseph Dillon

Associate Attorney

Originally from Alaska, Joe attended the University of South Florida where he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. While attending the University of South Florida, Joe worked as a paralegal at a national law firm that primarily handled nursing home abuse and neglect cases. Thereafter, Joe attended Florida A&M College of Law, graduating in 2011.

Joe began his legal career as a litigator with a firm in Tampa, Florida, specializing in foreclosure litigation for creditors. Joe continued to practice creditors' rights law throughout his career and has prosecuted and tried hundreds of cases across the state of Florida. Joe also has experience handling Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy matters.

Joe joined Lender Legal in June 2025. Joe understands the emotional and sensitive nature of his work and approaches the borrower with dignity and respect while achieving the outcome that is optimal for his clients.
