Philip Stecco

Philip Stecco, Esq., is an Associate Attorney at Lender Legal PLLC focused on foreclosure litigation.

Philip is a South Florida native and has over a decade of experience in Florida real estate law and title. He began his career as the owner and attorney of his own practice, serving as a closing and title agent while handling real estate, foreclosure defense, landlord/tenant, criminal, and construction law matters. He later held associate positions at creditors' rights and foreclosure firms, and also managed a solo caseload involving various contracts, foreclosure, and construction lien litigation. Philip joined Lender Legal in 2025 and is focused primarily on foreclosure litigation. Committed to delivering strong results, Philip works diligently to secure favorable outcomes for the lenders he represents while actively exploring opportunities to assist borrowers through feasible resolutions whenever possible.

Philip received his Juris Doctor from Barry University, Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, in Orlando, Florida. He is admitted to practice in Florida.
