Bradford Petrino

Associate Attorney

Bradford Petrino, Esq., is an Associate Attorney at Lender Legal PLLC where he practices foreclosure litigation and appeals.

Bradford was born in Central Florida but spent most of his childhood in Yardley, Pennsylvania before moving back to the Orlando area to finish high school here. Bradford completed both his undergraduate and law school studies at the University of Florida, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy in 2002 and Juris Doctor in 2005.

Before joining Lender Legal in 2022, Bradford worked as an attorney for a small general-practice firm for nearly 15 years. There, he primarily focused on real estate and business law, handling commercial litigation, title litigation, easement disputes, quiet title, partitions, association law, and foreclosures, and also represented buyers, sellers, and lenders in residential and commercial business and real estate transactions. Bradford also has extensive experience with post-judgment litigation, including appeals, collateral proceedings to vacate final judgments, and commercial and consumer collections.
