Foreclosure Paralegal – Fully Remote

Lender Legal PLLC, a multi-state creditor’s rights firm, is seeking Litigation Paralegals with experience handling plaintiff-side foreclosure cases in Florida, Illinois, Ohio, or Indiana. The firm places a special emphasis on the rapid resolution of its foreclosure matters. To that end, the case load is limited to approximately 100 files per attorney/paralegal team who handle the cases from inception to REO.

Base salary range is 50k-65k, plus quarterly bonuses of up to $3,000 per quarter. Bonus amounts are contingent on each team’s ability to efficiently and effectively resolve cases while staying in compliance with all state and federal laws.

The firm pays for 50% of healthcare benefits for employees and their families. The firm also provides paid vacation, sick time and 401k matching.

Must have requirements:

• At least 1 year experience representing Plaintiffs in foreclosure in Florida, Illinois, Ohio, or Indiana.
• Experience using Tempo and/or LPS required.
• Motivated self-starters that are organized and can think outside the box.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Paralegal certificate preferred.
