Michael Rak, Esq., is a Partner at Lender Legal PLLC who specializes in foreclosure litigation and various other real estate law matters.
Originally from DeLand, Florida, Michael attended the University of Florida, where he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. Michael then attended Florida State University College of Law, obtaining his Juris Doctor in August of 2008.
Michael began his legal career as a litigator with a firm in Maitland, Florida, specializing in foreclosure defense, consumer/debtor bankruptcy, debt negotiation, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and Florida Consumer Collection Practices Act cases, and Social Security disability claims. During his time with his prior firm, Michael appeared in matters on the state, federal, and administrative level, and was an active member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, Central Florida Bankruptcy Law Association, and the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives.
Michael joined Lender Legal in August of 2013. Michael approaches each borrower he speaks to with the compassion and respect they deserve, and works diligently to efficiently and effectively resolve cases in a beneficial way for the lenders he represents.
